Job Summary
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. You will support the class teacher in daily classroom operations and contribute to a broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring each student can achieve their full potential.

Qualification / Education
Essential: GCSE Maths and English Language (Grade 4 or equivalent). Desirable: Level 2-3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or working towards).
Experience
Experience working with pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is required. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle due to the school\’s location.
