Provide individualised care and learning support to students, acting as a Pupil Champion for their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
Collaborate with staff and therapists to deliver a highly personalised curriculum.
Foster an inclusive community where students feel happy and supported.
Contribute to an environment that encourages all students to achieve their full potential and makes learning exciting and accessible.

Excellent communication skills.
GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
