We are seeking an inspirational Year 1 Teacher to join a primary school community in the Moston area. This is a pivotal role for the Summer term, where you will guide a wonderful Year 1 class through their final term of the year, ensuring they are confident and prepared for their transition to Year 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact Phonics lessons to ensure all pupils meet or exceed expected standards.
  • Create a consistent and nurturing classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
  • Work closely with a supportive Key Stage 1 team and a forward-thinking new Headteacher.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support student progress.

  • Phonics Expert: You must be highly trained and confident in delivering Phonics (experience with specific schemes is a plus).
