The Mission: Advanced Pedagogy
We are moving away from "one-size-fits-all" schooling. Your role will involve:
- Subject Leadership: Taking the lead on a specific curriculum area to ensure academic rigour within a specialist setting.
- Behavioural Analysis: Utilising trauma-informed practices and ASC-specific strategies to unlock learning potential in students aged 5-19.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Working within a multi-disciplinary framework alongside clinicians and therapists to deliver measurable student outcomes.
- Team Management: Supervising and developing a dedicated team of support staff to maintain a high-performance classroom culture.
