This opportunity at a thriving SEN primary school could be perfect for you! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team. We specialise in supporting pupils with SEN needs, predominantly communication difficulties associated with Autism Spectrum Conditions, offering a high-quality education in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Class sizes are typically between 3-6 pupils, allowing for individualised attention and tailored support.

- Shift: Full-time
- Salary: Β£33,075 β Β£48,719 per year (M1 β UPS2 Fringe) Plus Β£5,000 bonus For Qualified Teachers
- Hours: 40 hours per week β Term Time only β Start time 8:15am β Finish time Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 4:45pm. Tuesday 5pm and Friday 4pm

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils with SEN needs.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and emotional well-being.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Assessing pupil progress and providing regular feedback.
- Working collaboratively with a team of professionals to support pupils\β individual needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of child development and a passion for supporting pupils with SEN needs. You\βll be a highly motivated and resilient individual, able to adapt to the challenges of a dynamic classroom environment. A driving licence and access to a car is essential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience working with pupils aged 6-16 (preferred)
- Proven ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Experience working with SEN pupils
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Right to work in the UK is a must
