Are you a networking natural with an eye for talent? We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Attraction Consultant to join our vibrant team based in Woodingdean, Brighton.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension for the right candidate. This is a pivotal role where you will connect educators with their next great opportunity in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere.

The Role

In the world of education, timing and safety are everything. Your mission is to find, engage, and clear the best talent in the market to ensure our partner schools are never left short-staffed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively hunt for high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and support staff using job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Compliance & Clearing: Take full ownership of the vetting process. This includes conducting interviews, verifying references, and ensuring all DBS and safeguarding checks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as the bridge between candidates and the front-of-house team. Once a candidate is fully cleared, you will liaise directly with our Recruitment Consultants to get them out to work immediately.
  • Database Management: Keep candidate pipelines healthy and ready to respond to urgent school bookings.

About You

We need someone who is resilient, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys the hunt for great talent.

  • Thrive Under Pressure: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You can pivot quickly between tasks and keep your cool when the phone is ringing and deadlines are tight.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience in recruitment or resourcing; however, this is not essential. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude and a background in high-volume admin or customer service.
  • The People Factor: You can build rapport quickly and represent Randstad with energy and professionalism.
  • Detail Oriented: You understand that in education, compliance is non-negotiable. You have a sharp eye for administrative accuracy and document checking.
  • Communication: You are a confident communicator who can manage expectations between candidates and busy consultants.
