SEN Learning Support Worker required in Surrey. Are you a fun and creative individual who can build quick rapport with SEN and mixed ability learners? Can you think on your feet and adapt to the needs of individual learners? Do you want to work with a warm and friendly team that is always available to help?
A passionate SEN LSA is needed to support various temporary roles within a network of specialist schools around Surrey. The role involves supporting learners throughout primary and secondary phases, working on a 1:1, small group, and intervention basis. This role is due to start in September, with both part-time and full-time hours available.
The schools proudly support a community ethos where every child matters. Candidates for this role must have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA within educational settings, or similar experience in care. Learners within these schools are mixed ability and SEN, with approximately 70+ pupils on roll at each site. The schools support a broad and balanced curriculum, and attainment is above the national average.
