As we continue our journey of growth, we are looking for a vibrant Receptionist to be the "face of the school." This is a unique chance to join a fresh, supportive team at the very beginning of our story and help shape the environment for our students and visitors.
Your Role
As our first point of contact, you will play a vital role in the daily life of the school. You'll be responsible for creating a warm, professional atmosphere while keeping the administrative gears turning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House: Welcoming visitors, parents, and professionals with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Communication: Managing the busy school switchboard and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Coordination: Managing school diaries and overseeing incoming deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the wider admin team with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school.
- Flexibility: While based at our main site in Chaldon, you may occasionally support our nearby satellite site in Caterham.
Work Schedule
This is a Term Time Only position, perfect for those seeking a balance between a rewarding career and school holidays. Total Hours: 40 per week.
