What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers as they deliver engaging and fun lessons.

• Helping pupils individually and in small groups to help them understand concepts.

• Assisting with classroom management to promote a positive atmosphere.

• Preparing and organizing all the necessary learning materials.

• Supervising children during various activities and break times.

• Keeping accurate records of how students are progressing.

• Collaborating with other staff to support the school's overall mission.

Who We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for a committed and compassionate individual! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a UK primary school.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• A clear understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.

• Fantastic organizational and time-management skills.

• A kind, patient, and understanding attitude.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to keeping all children safe.
