Key Requirements
- Essential UK Experience: You must have recent, verifiable experience working within a UK primary school classroom or childcare setting, demonstrating an understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
- Childcare Qualification (Desirable): A relevant CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) is highly advantageous, though experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
- Safeguarding Compliance: A valid, enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad).
- Core Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent behaviour management, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
