Key Requirements
- Essential UK Experience: You must possess recent, verifiable experience supporting pupils within a UK school or alternative educational setting. An understanding of the UK curriculum and individual education plans (IEPs) is crucial.
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) Knowledge: Practical experience supporting learners with diverse needs such as autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or global development delay is highly desirable.
- Safeguarding Compliance: A valid, enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a complete willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad.
