Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor for a full-time, long-term placement at a dedicated SEN school in Bury St Edmunds.
You will support pupils with SEMH needs, applying de-escalation techniques and building emotional regulation in a high-pressure environment.
You will work closely with school teams, implement tailored behaviour plans, and provide consistent, positive role modelling to help pupils engage with learning.
