Randstad offers flexible primary teaching assignments across the Sudbury area, covering Early Years, KS1 and KS2. Teaching roles can be part‑time or full‑time, and you can choose the level of commitment that best fits your lifestyle.
- Employment Types
- Ad Hoc Supply – Work only when you are available. You control your diary and can update your availability whenever it suits you. No commitments – you can work one day a week or full time.
- Long Term Placements – Teach at a friendly school on a long‑term basis. We can offer between 1–5 days per week, based on location, your preference and the school's needs. Trial days and interviews are arranged to ensure a good fit.
- Permanent or Direct Placements – If you prefer a permanent role, we place teachers in some of the best primary schools across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. Once placed, you will be directly employed by the school. Part‑time permanent roles can be combined with Ad Hoc or Long Term placements.
- Guaranteed Working Schemes (GWS) – For teachers seeking financial stability. Pay is guaranteed even if we can’t find work on a given day. Schemes can be set up for 1–5 days per week with willingness to support each year group within a primary setting and travel up to 20 miles. Terms and conditions apply.
