Randstad Education in Leeds is seeking a Head of Early Years Daycare to lead strategic development, budgeting and safeguarding for the nursery/daycare setting. The role partners with the Head of EYFS to drive an inclusive curriculum and exceptional child outcomes across federation sites.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification (plus Level 5 or degree preferred)
- At least two years in a managerial role in a nursery or daycare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
