This specialist school is looking for a teaching assistant to join their team ASAP (notice periods considered) on a full time, permanent basis (40 hours a week). This role is a term time only opportunity. This setting boasts a welcoming and modern site and a welcoming ethos.
The setting supports approx. 80+ children and young adults from the age of 5 years upwards. Young people at this setting have complex needs including EBD and Autism, so a supportive, nurturing and resilient team member is needed. Every child is treated and respected as an individual, so all applicants must be of the same belief. Post holders will work on a 1:1 basis with students when required as well as support in class with a small group. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the young people.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Level 3 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
- Relevant support work or teaching assistant experience (Must be able to provide references)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
