This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week position covering a maternity leave, starting in September 2026 and running until July 2027. Key Responsibilities
- Full teaching responsibilities for a Year 2 class, including planning, delivering, and marking engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Track pupil progress and utilize assessments effectively to ensure all children reach their full potential.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 2 class teacher for shared PPA and planning.
- Maintain strong, professional partnerships with parents, support staff, and leadership.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
