Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 32,302 – 38,729 (Dependent on Experience & Qualifications)

Randstad Education is looking for a passionate and skilled Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our thriving community. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on providing the deep, tailored therapy that makes a genuine difference to young people with communication difficulties.

This is a full timepermanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday – Friday inline with their working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specialist caseload and conduct clinical assessments.
  • Design and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team, teachers, and parents.
  • Create therapy resources and deliver staff training on communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
  • Write clinical reports for student reviews and professional meetings.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the therapy service.

Preferred Skills:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with both HCPC and RCSLT.
  • Post-graduate experience working with children and young people with complex needs (e.g., ASC, SEMH, trauma).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence (highly desirable).
