Are you an experienced EYFS practicioner, Nursery Nurse or early years expereinced? Do you have experience working with children aged 0-5? Have you worked in mixed ability groups, rooms or classes where pupils have a variety of needs? Does your experience entail providing support to pupils\’ development that have learning difficulties or require care plans? Do you have a personal interest in gaining knowledge and experience in order to further develop your own skills? Then this is the ideal position for you in the Blackpool area. Our client requires a patient, supportive, and understanding individual who can develop a 1:1 supportive relationship with a child. This role will be within an EYFS setting. Your role will be to support the child\’s academic and individual development, promoting respect, self-esteem, and confidence. The role is Monday – Friday 8:30-3:30 term time on a temporary contract, starting January 2025. Pay starts at £13.50+ per hour based on experience. The requirement for the client is a qualified TA to support pupils on a daily basis in a 1:1 capacity. These children require extra care and support in development and learning.
