This nationally recognised specialist school is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their committed and welcoming team. The school supports 100 pupils with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, ADHD and physical disabilities, with over 70% of the students having Autism. It is a large local school proudly treating every child as an individual.
The school is looking for a teaching assistant to join their team ASAP or September (notice periods considered) on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours a week). This role is term time only. Post holders will work on a 1:1 basis with students when required, and support in class or with a small group. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the young people.
