What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications are highly desirable, but experienced non-QTS cover supervisors with a strong track record are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with staff and students.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities across a range of subjects and key stages (KS1, KS2).
- Manage the classroom environment effectively, promoting a positive, safe, and productive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure students complete assigned work and adhere to the school's high standards of behaviour.
- Follow all school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and health and safety.
- Mark and leave feedback on completed work as required by the departmental policy.
- Report back to the relevant Head of Department/Year on student progress and any issues arising during the lesson.
