Head of Year Required as soon as possible. £31,537.00 to £34,434.00 per annum plus fringe allowance £1,045.00 (pro-rata £29,212.69 to £31,896.17 plus fringe allowance £967.98 per annum). Term Time only + 4 weeks.

Your experience of pastoral care will place our learners' welfare at the heart of the school. The role will be focused on the pastoral and academic development, supporting students with wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and progress.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to the school community.
