We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join a dedicated Central Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring professional to manage people‑related administration across a range of activities, from data reporting and compliance to supporting safer recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate employee records, filing electronic documents, and transcribing meeting minutes with high accuracy.
  • Recruitment & Compliance: Supporting safer recruitment requirements, including DBS applications, reference requests, and ensuring adherence to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) legislation.
  • Employee Life cycle: Overseeing onboarding, induction, and off‑boarding procedures, including arranging probationary reviews and farewell feedback meetings.
  • Data & Wellbeing: Reviewing sickness and absence data to support data insights and preparing occupational health referrals to support staff at work.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualifications: GCSE English and Math at a minimum grade C or 4.
  • Mobility: A driving licence, or the ability to travel efficiently between academies, is required.
  • Skills: Excellent ICT skills, including the ability to use and report from HR Systems.
  • Qualities: An inquisitive nature with sound problem‑solving skills and a solution‑focused approach.
