We are seeking a dedicated and professional Support Worker to join an award-winning, independent residential school specialising in Autism and SEN support. This role is essential for our residential and educational setting, where we strive to provide individualised care and education for learners aged 5-25. We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to young people with severe and complex needs, focusing on daily living skills and personal independence.
- Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships to ensure a safe and confident environment for all learners.
- Facilitate participation in educational, recreational, and community-based activities.
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and family members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within Teaching Assistant, childcare, or adult care roles is highly desirable.
- Proven experience or personal background in supporting young adults or children with SEN is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.

- Competitive salary: £25,308.79 - £27,180.57 per annum (based on a 44.25-hour week; part-time applicants are welcome).
