This award-winning part residential school is a specialist independent provision supporting learners with Autism and SEN needs. This setting is seeking a Support Worker to join the team on a full-time basis. This role is needed Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday, and full-time employees will work 44.25 hours a week. Part-time candidates will be considered and welcomed. This is a term-time only role due to being a school and residential setting. Support workers for this setting are expected to work a variety of shifts.
Shifts:
- Monday-to-Friday-only (up to 44.25hrs), a combination of:
- 06.45 to 13.30
- 15.45 to 22.00
- Long day, split shift option of 06.45 to 13.30 followed by 15.45 to 22.00
- Monday-to-Sunday (up to 44.25hrs), a combination of:
- 06.45 to 13.30
- 15.45 to 22.00
- Long day, split shift option of 06.45 to 13.30 followed by 15.45 to 22.00
- 12.00 to 22.00
- 06.45 to 16.00

- Relevant teaching assistant, childcare, or adult care experience (desirable)
- Experience working or supporting young adults or children with SEN or personal experience with SEN (desirable)
