We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to deliver creative, highly differentiated lessons to pupils with diverse and complex learning needs. In this role, you will lead a small class of pupils, creating a supportive, therapeutic, and structured environment where every child can overcome their barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and delivering an adapted, sensory-rich curriculum tailored to pupils' EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
- Using specialist communication systems (e.g., PECS, Makaton, visual aids) to support non-verbal or pre-verbal pupils.
- Managing and mentoring a small team of SEND Teaching Assistants to ensure a safe, coordinated classroom.
