Randstad Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for an immediate start in Blackpool to support students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong understanding of SEN, encompassing needs like Autism and ADHD.

You will prepare resources for tailored 1:1 support, collaborate with teachers, and monitor student development while working closely with classroom staff.
