Randstad Education is seeking a resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and complex needs in a supportive school environment.
This role operates 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, term-time, on a day-to-day flexible contract, assisting with 1:1 and small group learning.
You will de-escalate behaviours using trauma-informed approaches, help with emotional regulation and social skills, and tailor activities to EHCP targets while fostering an inclusive classroom culture.
