Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school environment in the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
What you\βll be doing:

Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH

Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans

Providing one-to-one and small group support

Helping students stay engaged, motivated, and confident in the classroom

Assisting with behaviour management in a calm and supportive manner

Creating a safe, nurturing learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
