  • Assist with the holistic development of students, including their social, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Customize learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of individual learners.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
  • Provide general supervision and well-being support to students throughout the school day.

About You

  • You have experience working with children or young people, with a preference for prior work in an SEN setting.
  • You are patient, empathetic, and possess a genuinely caring nature.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are adaptable and can be resourceful when faced with new challenges.
  • You have a positive outlook and are committed to helping students with SEN succeed.
  • You are a team player who can work effectively alongside colleagues.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are a bonus, but not essential.

What We Offer

  • The chance to make a profound, positive difference in the lives of students and their families.
  • A friendly and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities for career progression and specialized SEN training.
  • A deeply rewarding role with a strong sense of purpose.
