Responsibilities

  • Support students with special needs, ensuring their safety and helping them with learning.
  • Build trust with all students and communicate in a way they understand.
  • Encourage class participation and keep students engaged in lessons.
  • Maintain an organised and supportive classroom.
  • Help display students\’ work and plan activities.
  • Assist students with tasks using teaching aids.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the key requirements are as follows: Possession of an Enhanced child DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain a new one.

Eligibility to work in the UK ( Essential ). Previous experience in school settings is preferred.

Availability of 2 relevant professional references.

Ability to adapt to the needs of students in a professional and courteous manner.
