Special Needs Teacher

Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher ready to make a significant impact?

Randstad Education is seeking an exceptional Special Needs Teacher for a full-time, long-term role in Wirral. This is an immediate start position for an educator who is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, SLD/PMLD, and CLD.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Designing and delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Developing lesson plans that follow the P Scales framework.
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage their personal and academic growth.
Utilising creative and resilient teaching strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Assisting students with personal care routines as required.

We are looking for a professional who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has the legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship is available).
Possesses a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
Has essential prior experience supporting SEN pupils in UK schools.
Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Is available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
