Your Responsibilities & Impact

As an SEMH School Teacher, you\’ll be at the forefront of our student\’s educational journey. You\’ll be responsible for:

  • Teaching Maths and/or English up to GCSE level while planning engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Building positive relationships with students and managing challenging behaviours with a calm, professional, and empathetic approach.
  • Contributing to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and participating in school meetings.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of parents/carers and professionals to ensure holistic student support.

Who We\’re Looking For

We\’re searching for a compassionate and skilled educator who meets the following requirements:

  • Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Bachelor\’s Degree.
  • Essential: 2+ years of experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Highly Desirable: Proven experience teaching Maths and/or English to GCSE level.
  • Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of child development and SEMH.
