This incredible setting offers 92 full-time places for young people who need a fresh start and a personalised approach to learning. This specialist school supports learners between the ages of 5-19 years (Primary and secondary). The school\’s mission is to create a positive and nurturing environment, where every student is valued and supported to reach their full potential. This school goes above and beyond to focus on both the social-emotional and educational needs of our pupils, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to move forward in their education and beyond. What You\’ll Be Doing: Supporting pupils one-on-one or in small groups, helping them to engage with learning Building positive relationships with students, offering encouragement and guidance Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons that inspire and challenge pupils Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and key life skills Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges Who We\’re Looking For: A patient, understanding, and resilient individual with a passion for supporting young people Experience working with challenging behaviour or SEN (desirable, but not essential) A team player who can work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent Why Join this incredible school?
