This two-form entry school in Leeds is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in their Year 4 class. The role will include working one-on-one with individual pupils with challenging behaviour and providing general classroom support. This position is full-time and starting April 2025 until July 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to pupils, teachers and the school, helping to cater for their day-to-day needs
- Work proactively as part of a team
- Support, recognise and respond to the individual needs of pupils
- Use team teach training when appropriate (If Certified)
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
- Be a positive role model to pupils, setting high expectations for behaviour and achievement
