Randstad Education is recruiting a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join a KS2 SEMH team in a highly supportive special school in the UK.
You will deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH, autism and complex learning needs.
Working term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, you will collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs, track progress and create a trauma-informed, positive learning environment that helps each pupil flourish.
