Randstad Education is seeking an Experienced SEMH Behaviour Mentor in Filton to provide emotional support and strategic mentoring to students with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The role requires a robust individual with strong de-escalation skills and at least 6 months of recent experience in an SEMH setting. You will work fixed hours, 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, within a multidisciplinary team to manage challenging behaviours and track progress.
