Randstad Education is seeking an Experienced SEMH Behaviour Mentor in Bristol to provide support to students with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will be responsible for crisis intervention, mentoring, and maintaining communication between students and staff.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong emotional intelligence and at least 6 months' experience in an SEMH setting. This full-time role features fixed hours from 08:00 to 16:00, offering a balance between work and personal life.
