Requirements & skills for this role
- Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
- Relevant Experience along with PGCE, QTS
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 2 proven and recent professional references
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods.
- Ability to use a computer and the main office software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Teach all areas of the
- Secondary curriculum
- Take responsibility for the progress of a class of
- Secondary-age pupils
- organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment
- provide feedback to parents and careers on a pupil\’s progress at parents\’ evenings and other meetings
- keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
- work with other teachers, teaching assistants, and other relevant professionals to plan and coordinate work
