We are seeking adaptable, dedicated, and professional Supply Teachers to support a variety of Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools across Plymouth and the surrounding South West region. Whether you are looking for the total flexibility of day-to-day supply or a foot in the door for a long-term position starting in September 2026, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a supply teacher, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior effectively, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Flexibility: Choose between Full-Time or Part-Time hours to suit your lifestyle.

Variety: Experience different school settings across Plymouth, Saltash, and Ivybridge.

Career Progression: Many of our supply placements lead to Long-Term (LT) or Permanent contracts. Use this term to build relationships with local SLT and secure your spot for the new academic year in September.
What We Are Looking For

Qualification: Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). (Applications from ECTs are highly encouraged).

Transport: While not strictly essential for all city-centre schools, a Driving License and access to a vehicle is highly desired to reach our partner schools in more rural or outlying areas.

Classroom Presence: Ability to hit the ground running with strong behavior management skills and an adaptable teaching style.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
