What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates, experienced TAs, or those looking to start a career in education who possess:
- Strong Core Skills: Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential. A degree is highly desirable.
- Passion for Learning: A genuine desire to support the academic and personal growth of secondary-aged students.
- Resilience: The ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain high expectations for student behavior.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with pupils, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
