The Mission

Do you believe that the best learning happens when a student feels safe, understood, and inspired? We are looking for a KS3 SEN Teacher who is ready to step away from traditional constraints and into a role where creativity and compassion are your most important tools. Based in Hinckley, you will work with a vibrant group of learners aged 7-19. Our mission is simple but profound: to help young people re‑engage with education by building a curriculum around them, rather than forcing them to fit a mold.

A Different Kind of Teaching

  • Forget the 30‑student lecture. Here, you will focus on small groups and 1:1 interventions, allowing you to actually see the impact of your work in real‑time.
  • Diverse Curriculum: You’ll lead sessions in Maths and English, but you’ll also dive into life‑skills subjects like Cooking, PSHE, and Preparation for Adulthood (PFA).
  • Multi‑Sensory Approach: In collaboration with our Site Lead Teachers, you will craft innovative, hands‑on learning experiences that satisfy individual EHCP requirements.
