Our client is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and highly motivated School Officer Manager. This is an exciting role where you'll be working with a dynamic team that makes a real difference to people's lives and contributes to the community.
This is a full time position with 36 hours per week (8:15 am-4.30 pm). The role provides crucial administrative, resource, and business support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the School Assistant Business Manager. This position is central to the daily operations of the school, with a focus on business services such as Human Resources, Payroll, Admissions, and Attendance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Recruitment Support: You will provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including coordinating interview days and assisting with DBS checks, identity verification, qualification checks, and references.
- Payroll Census: You will support payroll processing, including handling leaver processes and payroll notifications.
