Position: School Administrator
Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am - 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Term time only, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors;
- Coordinate EHCP annual reviews;
- Oversee staff cover;
- Manage admissions and census reporting;
- Provide general administrative support.
This role is key to providing vital support to students, staff, and families, helping to maintain a welcoming environment and efficient administrative systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in school administration or as a receptionist (special educational needs setting preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management software;
- Experience with EHCP coordination and school census reporting desirable;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent required.
