What We Look For:
- EYFS Qualifications: Cache Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, Foundation Degree, or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS / QTS).
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.
- Nurturing behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire young learners through play-based learning.
- An adaptable, proactive approach, ready to hit the ground running in new early years environments.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
