This senior, strategic post will enable you to shape the early years journey, guiding the team from daycare through to preschool and school life with a focus on safety, inclusion and high quality learning.
You will lead the Daycare Improvement Plan, oversee the budget and occupancy, manage staff performance, act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, and build effective relationships.
