Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
Schedule: 40 hours (Early finish Fridays at 4pm)
Tired of the "Exam Factory" Pressure? If you’re a teacher who loves the act of teaching but feels stifled by massive class sizes and rigid mainstream structures, this is your turning point. We opened our doors in September 2025 to provide a specialised secondary education for students (11-16) with Autism, sensory processing needs, and emotional regulation challenges. We are looking for a Nurture Teacher to help us build this school’s culture from the ground up.
