We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a team of professionals supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in secondary schools across Redhill. The Role:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with EHCPs
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning strategies
