An Ofsted Outstanding specialist school local to you is looking for a positive and dedicated specialist teaching assistant to work with students with an Autism diagnosis. This setting supports 80+ pupils between the ages of 4-19 years and is an educational provision that offers early years, primary and secondary provision. This school focuses on ensuring students who have difficulty accessing education have a social and exciting school experience. This is an incredibly modern site with welcoming, bright and spacious classrooms, break out rooms and transitional areas.
As a teaching assistant, you will support the children with their learning and general well-being to ensure every child has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment. You will join an engaging and helpful team and teach 1:1 mixed ability children in a small class of 6-8 pupils. This is a full-time, permanent position based on approx 37.5 hours a week.
