  • Supporting the Teacher: Helping to set up lessons and manage resources to keep the classroom running smoothly.

  • Inclusive Learning: Working with children who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), helping them build confidence and vocabulary.

  • Behaviour Support: Using positive reinforcement to manage low-level disruption and keep children focused on learning.

  • Small Groups: Leading interventions in Phonics, Reading, or Maths to help close the attainment gap.
