Randstad Education in Leeds is seeking classroom support staff to start this September. The role focuses on delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy, and providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs or English as an Additional Language within a welcoming, multicultural school community.

You will assist the classroom teacher with resources, displays, behaviour management, and help maintain a safe, encouraging learning environment across structured lesson times.
